You may request returns for most items you buy on Thedupori.com that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page.
Items are returnable if you’ve received the item in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Thedupori.com
To return an item:
1. Go to Your Orders and locate the order you wish to return.
2. Click on Return or Replace Items / Contact Us.
3. Select a reason for return and enter comments.
4. Click 'Submit'.

1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Thedupori.com refund policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method. For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).
1. To ensure successful return pick-up, return the item in original condition with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein.
Note:
1. Certain couriers might require a return label which can be generated in the Returns Centre.
2. A return will not be processed if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing or damaged (caused while in your possession) item or its accessories.
1. You can self-ship the item using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities.
2. Return shipping charges will be refunded in accordance with Thedupori.com refund policy.
1. In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
2. During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
i. Return will be processed only if:
1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
3. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

Undamaged Product | The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. |

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
ii. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Amazon shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
iii. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
iv. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.

In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
For products where installation is provided by Thedupori's service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Thedupori authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorised service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
• Credit Card/ Debit Card purchase will take 3-5 Business Days.
• Net Banking Account (Credited to Bank Account) and UPI Linked Bank Account will take 2-4 business Days.
• Pay on Delivery Orders and NEFT to Bank Account will take 3-5 Business Days.
• NEFT to Bank Account will take 3-5 Business Days.
• Paper Cheque will take 8-10 business days.
• For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).

• If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in Your Account section.
• Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Thedupori account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) with same seller are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:
• Item received is physically damaged;
• Item received has missing parts or accessories;
• Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on Amazon.in; or
• Item received is defective/does not work properly.
Note:
• A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
• If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item.
• If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
• If your item is "Seller-Fulfilled" and is not eligible for a free replacement, please "Contact Seller" from "Your Orders" to request a refund.
• Refund/Replacement is the sole decision of the seller or the manufacturer.
